She is preceded in death by Parents Stephen and Lydia Ross Vercoe. Arrangements by Spann Funeral Home. JEWELL EVONNE HANNAH DUNN Funeral services for Mrs. Jewell Evonne Hannah Dunn, 57, of Dickson were conducted Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 3 p.m. from the Walnut St.

Church of Christ with Bro. Paul Darety officiating. Place of rest is in the East Dickson Cemetery. Services were under the direction of the Taylor Funeral Home. Evonne, a retired teacher, died Thursday April 25, 2013 at Horizon Medical Center.

A native of Dickson, she was the daughter of the late Sherman Hannah. She was also preceded in death by her brother Randall Hannah. Evonne received a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Austin Peay University and a Master's Degree in Education fromTrevecca Nazarene University. She was a retired teacher from the Dickson County School System after 32 years service where she was loved by students and educators alike. More recently she was the owner and operator of the 'E Learning Evonne taught Sunday School and was a member of the 2nd Street Church of Christ in Dickson.

Survivors include her husband Leroy Dunn Jr. of Dickson; two daughters Brittany Matthews of Dickson; Leigha Matthews of Dickson; mother Bessie Hannah of Dickson; grandmother Christine Hannah of Dickson; two brothers Staffon Hannah and his wife Angela of Nashville and Carlos Hannah of Dickson; sisters Patrice Hannah of Clarksville, Connie Hannah of Nashville; several nieces and nephews. "Bill" Fuson, 85, of Dickson were conducted Monday April 29, 2013 at 11 a.m. from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Jerry Smith offici ating. Place of rest was in the Dickson County Memorial Gardens. Those desiring memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund. Services were under the direction of the Taylor Funeral Home.

Bill was born Nov. 18, 1927 in Wayno-ka, Okla. and died April 25, 2013. He so loved his family, which included those who preceded him in death, his parents Samuel J. and Ida Mae Fuson, his brother Pat Fuson, and daughter Pamela Kay Hendren.

Bill served in the U.S. Army 25th Infantry Division in Yokahoma, Japan immediately following the end of WWII. After marrying the love of his life, Marvel, he went to work as an accountant and later became the Chief Financial Officer for American General Life Insurance Co. in Oklahoma City and later served in a number of management positions for American General Life and Accident in Nashville. He retired in 1991 as Director of Human Resources.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dickson. Survivors include his wife of 61 Vi years, Marvel Fuson of Burns; daughters Rob-bin Gail York of Burns, Holly Conaster of Dickson; sister Beverly Reitz of Medicine Lodge, grandchildren Jessica Deras Seth Hendren, Jennifer Sullivan, Jonathan Greer, Rachel Dixon, Hunter York; and eight great grandchildren. ASHLEY RENEA GRANT A funeral service for Ashley Renea Grant, 27, of Dickson was Friday, April 26, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Taylor Funeral Home. Place of rest was in the Lucas Cemetery on Garner's Creek Rd.

Arrangements are by the Taylor Funeral Home. Ashley was born March 30, 1986 in Dickson. She died on April 23, 2013. She is survived by her loving and caring parents Mike and Renea Grant of Dickson; brother Jon-Michael Grant of Dickson; grandparents Betty Grant of Dickson, Vaneta Lee of Dickson, great grandmother Bonnie Bell of Georgia; aunts and uncles Delilah Parker, Donna Kovach, Carl Grant Keith Grant, Cindy Hamilton, Saundra Herrin, Robbie Winfrey, Tony Roberts, Tina Christy, Rebecca McElhiney, Ben Lee; several nieces and nephews. Services were under the direction of the Taylor Funeral Home. Harlon, a retired leadman, died Saturday, April 27, 2013 at his home in White Bluff A native of Dickson County, he was the son of the late Harlon Durwood and Ora Hall Lampley. He served his nation proudly in the U. S. Navy.

Harlon was a welder and leadman for the Nashville Bridge Co. and a member of the White Bluff Church of Christ. Survivors include his two daughters Donna Kay Tidwell and her husband Mike of Dickson, Sherry Ann Swaw and her husband Tim of White Bluff; brothers Mike Lampley of Maryland, Jerry Lampley of White Bluff; one sister Aarah Harlan of Kentucky; four frandchildren Phillip Estes, Josh Istes, Katlin Estes, Neil Swaw; six great grandchildren Austin, Audra, Hayden, Bella, John Wayne, Makayla; several nieces and nephews. MILDRED EVELYN CROW SARGENT Memorial graveside service for Mildred Evelyn Crow, 91, will be on Saturday, May 18 2013 at 4 pjn. at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Lane in Nashville.

Mildred held a place of love and honor by her family. She was sister, mother, granny, teacher and author. She dedicated the "You can Do It" Rosie the Riveter Stamp, and she participated in the WWII Memorial dedication. She started college at age 40, and completed all but her doctorate thesis. She wrote three published historical reference books.

Hubert Ray Spann was born June 17, 1938 to William James and Lula Bell (Allen) Spann in Dickson County. He passed away April 26, 2013 at NHC Healthcare Center in Dickson at the age of 74. Survivors include daughter Connie Spann of Burns; brother Glen Spann and his wife Dot of Dickson; sister Bertie Haddix of Dickson; several nieces and nephews, and his beloved pets Howdy, Laney, and Sox. Besides his parents, Mr. Spann is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Davidson Spann, son Ricky Spann, brothers James, Theodore, Robert, Roy, Clifford, and Ed Spann, and sisters Margaret Spann, Myrtle Henson, Listen Gill, and Lucy Snelton.

Visitation services were Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30 from 10 a.m. until time of service. A funeral service was held Tuesday, April 30 from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning at 2 pm with Bro. Robert Cullom officiating. Burial followed in the Parker-Fowlkes Cemetery on Abiff Road.

VIOLA WILLIAMS Mrs. Viola Williams was born March 26, 1918 to Roscoe Able and Anna (Grant) Livingston in Pine Castle, Florida. She passed away April 16, 2013 at her residence in White Bluff. She is survived by daughters Katherine Carol Clifton (Neale) of Portsmouth, Va. and Sherry Cynthia Waychoff of White Bluff; sister Pauline Belle Livingston Cobb Johnson (Mills) of Zuni, Va.

grandchildren Michelle Rene Green (Jason), Butch Waychoff (Heather), Debra Lynn Mintz (Robert), Lassis-ter Neale Clifton, Kristi Toombs (Ethan); great grandchildren Gabriel, David, Brandi, Jessica, Hope, Stephanie, Robin, Tommy, Curtis, Ashley, Brianna, Courtney, Tristan, Charles, Landon, and Malory; great great grandchildren Mason, Tristian, Rheanna, Raven, Rebecca, Shyanne, Christopher, William, Terry, Alysia, Kelly, Conner, and Aiden; nephews Ronnie Cobb and Bill Cobb, and special niece Becky Dowdy. and Laura Bryan Spann of White Bluff She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Carl Spann and Hugh E. Bryan. Kelsey was a graduate of Creek Wood High School and Belmont University. She was employed by Ingram Entertainment in Lavergne as a graphic artist and was a member of the White Bluff United Methodist Church. Along with her parents, she is survived by her brother Clint Spann and his wife Kortnee of Burns; nephew Aiden Spann of Burns; grandmothers Anita Spann of White Bluff, Ruth Bryan of Calhoun, Tenn.

and Ethel Hutchinson Dunnagan and was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Ray Spann. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith. Spann died Thursday, April 25, 2013 at his home. A native of Dickson County, he was the son of the late James Robert and Zelma Louise Christy Spann. He worked as a Flooring Installer and was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Letta Mae Spann of Fairview; daughter Kathey Marie Hollis of Dickson; brother J.R. DOROTHY MARIE MYATT SULLIVAN Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Marie Myatt Sullivan, 96, of Dickson were conducted Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 11 a.m. from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Bro. David Peeler officiating.

Place of rest was in the Union Cemetery. Services were under the direction of the Taylor Funeral Home. Mrs. Sullivan died Thursday, April 25, 2013 at Horizon Medical Center. A native of Dickson County, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Nancy Evelyn Murphy Myatt and was preceded in death by her daughters Betty Jean Sullivan ana Evelyn Dodson.

She retired after 30 years as a machine operator for the former H.I.S. and Red Cap Industries. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors include her sons Roy Glen Sullivan and Carolyn of Dickson, James Russell Sullivan and Tina of Clarksville; daughter Shirley Ann Taylor and Roy of Clarksville; brother John Murphy Myatt of Bellevue; stepsisters Karene Hyndman of Dickson, Marie Adcock of Nashville; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren. ROBERT CHARLES TROTTER Robert Charles Trotter, 44, of Dickson, died April 24, 2013 at Horizon Medical Center.

Mr. Trotter's wishes were to be cremated. A Celebration of Life was held 2-4 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Spann Funeral Home. Survivors include wife Janice "Nikki" Trotter of Dickson; sons Andy Trotter of Gallatin, Landon Bottoms of Dickson, Nick Trotter of Gallatin, and Dalton Trotter of Dickson; Daughter Laken Bottoms of Dickson; Brother Dan Trotter (Anne) of Nashville; sis.
