George P. Howell, 76, of Madison, died Saturday morning in Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at Madison Funeral Home with the Rev. Felix M.

Snell of City Road United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Howell was the widow of George P. Howell, a well-known auctioneer and real estate broker for 25 years in Madison.

Mr. Howell was the founder of the G.P. Howell and Son Realty Co. in Madison, which operates today under the direction of two surviving grandsons, Hugh and Gwynn Howell. Mrs.

Howell was born and educated in Hartsville, moving to Madi DOUBL LYNCHBURG Angela D. Mauti-no, 82, of Lexington, died yesterday in Harton Hospital in Tullahoma. The body is at Harrison Funeral. Home in Lynchburg. Services were incomplete.
