The parties have entered into a settlement under which, if approved. Olin will pay fifteen million dollars against which certain costs and attorneys fees will be taxed, into a settlement fund to be established and supervised by the -Court for the payment of the class's claims. The settlement fund will be utilized, to compensate class members for injuries or damages alleged to be related to Olin DDT.

An Administrator appointed by the Court will determine the amount of. compensation, if any, each class member may receive from the Settlement Fund. If you wish to apply for compensation, you will have to pay to have your blood tested for DDT at a time and locale to be established in the future by the Court. You will have to also complete and mail a questionnaire to the address shown thereon postmarked on or before October 15, 1986.
