Former Mount Juliet Mayor Ed Binkley, who attended the meeting, said he "absolutely and unequivocally" supported the call for a change in government Concerned Citizens chairman Will Perry said residents would not have resorted to the petitioning drive had there been more of an effort to involve them in discussions about the bypass and the property tax. CALGY, Frances Prewett Died February 16, 1998 at Mariner Health Facility. Mrs. Calgy was born in Memphis, Tennessee, the daughter of Austin L. Prewett and Frances Gold Prewett. She attended school in Oklahoma and graduated from Vanderbilt University where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Worn-ens Fraternity.

Mrs. Calgy donated her body to Vanderbilt Medical School. She is survived by one niece, Mrs. George W. Holcomb, and two nephews, Daniel T.

Ingram, Annapolis, Maryland and John G. L. Ingram, Elizabethtown, New Jersey. Memorial services will be held at a later date. ABERNATHY, Mrs.
